Use agreement terms
Please read our policies terms and conditions, as set out. By using this site you have confirmed that you agree with these Terms and Conditions, and by purchasing any item from Mirror Gallery you have agreed and accepted the Terms of Purchase. The Terms and Conditions set out supercede any earlier Terms and Conditions and include any previous orders.
From time to time we reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions, and we will advise of any changes to our Policies Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of the Merchandise
You the buyer are responsible for inspecting the purchased goods before they leave the store location.
Overnight Loan & Approval Service
Mirror Gallery offer our customers an overnight ‘Appro’ service which enables our customers to view the mirror/s of their choice in their home or premises. Customers can choose mirrors (limit 2) and provide a credit card as surety. Mirrors must be returned within a strict 24 hour period. If the mirrors are not returned with the agreed time frame the customers credit card will automatically be charged, and the right to return the merchandise will be withdrawn.
This service is only available for customers who are able to personally visit our stores, it is not applicable for mirrors delivered by installers or freighters.
Reproducing other designs and makes
The Mirror Gallery has long established relationships with major suppliers and manufacturers throughout Australia, which brings to our store a diverse range of styles and designs. We also design and manufacture our own range of exclusive styles available only in our stores and have a in-house workshop available for our customers which can produce any mirror to size and design specifications. We are however not able to copy, reproduce or make other manufacturers designs.

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars
Pre-orders
Any items that are pre-ordered from our suppliers or from our other stores must have a 50% deposit to secure the order. Delivery times for pre-orders may alter as we cannot control third-party suppliers, however you can contact the store of purchase to confirm changes of dates. If you wish to pre-order any item please discuss this with the store, or place a separate order as other items ordered will be held over until the pre-order arrives.
Measurements & Sizing
All measurements indicated are as accurate as possible, please read the product information regarding the measurements. All our measurements are from the outside of the frame, NOT the measurement of just the piece of mirror.
Pricing and description errors
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that prices and descriptions of any products on this website as as accurate as possible, errors may occur. Mirror Gallery reserve the right to cancel any orders where the incorrect description or price is listed. Mirror Gallery will have the right to cancel an order even if it has been paid if the incorrect price is shown. Any payments made will immediately be credited.
Colours
Descriptions of product colours are as accurate as possible. We use the Internationally recognised Pantone standards for colour palettes and wording. Variations of screen colour on computers or digital devices may alter these colours. Choose colours carefully as Mirror Gallery will not change or refund products due to incorrect colour choice or variation of colours caused through screen colour variations.
Cancellation of orders
Provided that we receive notice that you wish to cancel prior to the goods being freighted between our stores or from our suppliers, we can accept your cancellation. However, if the goods have already been despatched from our stores or from our suppliers, the Mirror Gallery reserves the right to refuse cancellations of your order, or charge a cancellation fee.
Delivery and installation contractors
We take no responsibility for services rendered by our recommended or otherwise delivery and/or installation contractors. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the insurance and professional liability policies of the delivery or installation professionals the customer has contracted.

Any software used to run this site has been purchased to be used on this site and is therefore the sole property of Mirror Gallery or those companies supplying and running the software. All photos are the sole right of Mirror Gallery and cannot be used or reproduced in any form without express permission of Mirror Gallery.
